Billy Tannery is a small-batch micro-tannery based in England. They believe that a sustainable future lies in a return to interconnected and regenerative systems and their unique operation processes goat skins that are a by-product from the food industry and turns then into beautiful leathergoods.
Tackling waste is at the heart of everything they do and as part of an initiative to use up the off-cuts they have partnered with Savernake Knives in a collaboration that uses layers of leather to create incredible knife handles.
