LEATHER AGE enters 42 years of Global Service!

Forty one years ago, a magazine was born in Calcutta – India in 1978 founded by my Late Father Dwarka Das Luthra in the name of LEATHER AGE and it was committed to excellence in journalism in the field of Leather, Footwear & it’s Allied Industries to upgrade for Indian leather sector.

LEATHER AGE is now India’s Leading Monthly Magazine on Leather, Footwear & its Allied Industries Published on the 5th of every month. Established in 1978 by my Late Father D D LUTHRA, it has successfully completed 41 years of continuous publication and has enters 42 years of global service. It has a wide readership across the globe today and covers many important features in Leather, Footwear and its Allied Industries.

LEATHER AGE presence in all the major International Leather & Footwear Fairs and events which are held in India & Abroad. It covers the burning problems and solutions for the industry.

LEATHER AGE apart from serializing technical articles in its regular issue. To diversify our portfolio and added value to our subscribers, advertisers and readers we have come out with first ever in India the CHEMICAL EDITION on ˜NEW INNOVATIONS OF LEATHER CHEMICALS” (issued once in a year), during ACLE Shanghai Fair August/September which was launched in Chennai (IILF) India International Leather Fair on 31st January 2008 at Chennai Trade Centre.This year 2020 will be the 13th Anniversary of its continuation.
