In 2005 amidst a new business expansion, Vancouros started producing leather prepared after the tanning process - also known as "crust" or "semi-finished" - which has undoubtedly a more specialized technical demand in order to attend the most diversified requests of today's market.
Currently products being produced are: wet blue, leather prepared after the tanning process ("crust") and WB drop splits.

Nick Winters Group is a leading supplier of quality European Hides & Skins since 1992. With operations in France, Ireland, Italy and the UK, we service the most demanding tanneries worldwide.
Since 2019, we are part of BIGARD Group,the largest European beef processor (28,000 bovine, 4,500 calf, 90 000 pigs and 15,000 lambs weekly).
The group has recently acquired a modern wet blue tannery in France to process up to 600 tonnes per week.

A+B Hides is one of the leading companies in the German hide industry and since joining the OSI-Group (leading global supplier of custom food products) with its own slaughterhouses, was able to graduate from wholesaler to marketer, while emphasising the importance of sustainability and traceability of every hide to the animals‘ origin.
To guarantee this the individual and thus traceable ear tag code can be lasered into the fresh hide. The code remains visible throughout all tanning processes and therefore in the finished leather.
In addition to raw hides, A+B offers wetblue/wetwhite – a tanned semi-finished product.
