Founded in 1892 Causse is an exceptional glove making company that has been built on the expertise of four generations of the Causse family.
At the workshop in Millau, France all the gloves are handmade from fine leathers selected for their suppleness.
Thirty or so craftsmen and women spend years perfecting the techniques required to complete the sometimes hundreds of skilled operations needed to complete just one pair- and in a way that no machine could replicate.
Producing gloves for companies such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Hermès the Causse craftsmen are proud of their skills and you can visit Millau to see them at work producing some of the 25,000 pairs of gloves they make each year.
